BOOK A SESSION

To book an appointment you can go to the specific page of Book a session.

PRICING & PLANS

- For pricing you can choose to book one session only.
- Plans offer special discounts for clients interested and committed to several consecutive sessions after they chose the service they are interested in.

 

PAYMENT

Payment must be made in advance for all services and classes. 

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS 

- 24 hours notice is required to cancel a booking. 

- Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded, less a $30 USD administrative fee. 

- Refunds are not available on sessions once completed.

PUNCTUALITY  

Sessions are charged from the time you have booked the slot and can not run over if you are late, as I will have other clients after you.

PRIVACY  

All sessions are strictly confidential between the coach therapist (Valerie) and the client.
All sessions are recorded and notes are used for Valerie’s professional use to follow the client through sessions after session. Clients can at all times ask to not record a session.
