As a psychotherapist I am skeptical about any claim that proposes to be the end all be all. Past life regression is interesting to me because while I can’t say that I know for sure if what I’m seeing/ experiencing is “real” the images as metaphors are incredibly helpful. I worked through some very old and very deep beliefs about myself through this process with Valerie. She is thoughtful and knowledgeable about how to unlock the recesses of the unconscious.

I was suffering from histeroscopia. I was to undergo a surgery in the coming days. After the healing sessions the medical team didn't find anything in my uterus, no polyp, no anything. Whatever was there was gone and the surgery was canceled.
Moreover, thanks to Valerie and her coaching, I feel more confident with myself. I managed to confront old situations, trauma and people.

I went to see Valerie because I had fertility - medical issues. I want to have a child in the next few years and it seemed impossible for me because I suffered from Polycystic ovaries. I had no period at all or once or twice a year.
Having already tried many treatments without any results, I decided to go deeper, check what was holding me back in my unconscious mind.
After several revealing and repairing PLR sessions, traveling in the past, we managed to "unblock" my body!!! I now have more and more regular menstrual cycles which is extraordinary for me after fighting for so long! I really recommend this work, this approach and Valerie's advice. The results are there!

Even before I started PLR with Valerie I knew I would not be disappointed. I really think it helped that I was so open to the experience and in return it gave me so much - and then some. I was worried I would struggle to regress but that was a mental trap that with her calm and experienced reassurance Valerie was able to help me overcome almost immediately. Going back to past lives was soul-, emotional- and mind-blowing. After every regression we would speak about the experience and unpack what it had brought up which was relevant for my life today. I am still today deeply affected by what came up in our sessions - my struggles with my body, emotions, panic attacks, relationships are all rooted - to some extent - in my past lives. It was so clear to me. What I so appreciated about Valerie is that she kept me gently but firmly rooted in the present and helped me appreciate that the value of PLR is how we can let go in this life of things that have tied us down over the centuries.
